My clients and I create a trusting connection and bond that brings positive change in their lives, as we co-create every step to mental and emotional freedom.

I am a registered nurse of 8 years, a Certified Reiki Practitioner and a Board Certified Transformational Nurse Coach. Above all, I'm an advocate and passionate about whole self well being.
